Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 (Appointed Day Instrument 1991)

Whereas the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure received the Royal Assent on the twenty fifth day of July 1991

And Whereas by section 13 of the said Measure it is provided that the Measure shall come into force on such date as the Archbishops of Canterbury and York may jointly appoint

Now We GEORGE LEONARD by Divine Providence Archbishop of Canterbury and JOHN STAPYLTON by Divine Providence Archbishop of York do hereby jointly appoint that the said Measure shall come into force on the first day of August 1991
